About Me
Welcome.
My name is Christina, and I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience. I began my career working with children and adults affected by trauma. I started there as a student on placement and quickly realised how much I value having the privilege to work with people who are impacted by trauma. And so, I stayed there for most of my career, learning from my clients and developing my knowledge and skills in this area.
I now provide therapy for adults with a range of presenting difficulties, such as relationships, trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, emotion regulation difficulties, burnout and other complex mental health conditions. I also provide adult Autism and ADHD assessments, to support adults who are exploring their unique neurodivergent identity. Particularly where there may be a complex trauma background that can create unique challenges.
I have dedicated my career to supporting and advocating for my clients, guiding them as they discover their identity and find their voice.
Together we will be drawing on your strengths, develop a clear understanding of your concerns so that we can best understand how they are affecting your life now, and identify the strategies we can use to achieve your goals.
My aim is to work with you to help you meet your wellness goals. I work from a client centred, trauma informed, neurodiversity-affirming model. That means my focus is on you, your needs, and I help you meet your goals in a safe, consistent, unbiased, and calm way. - Monday 8am – 5pm
- Tuesday 11am – 6pm
- Wednesday 8am – 5pm
- Thursday 8am – 5pm
- Friday 8am – 2pm
Appointments are available at my Albion Park Rail office, and soon will be available from my Shell Cove office from September 2026
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science – Psychology (Honours), Master of Clinical Psychology (MClinPsy), Level 3 Gottman Relationship Therapist
